L'Auberge Canaulaise sur Lacanau

We only stayed one night, but the establishment was very pleasant and the staff very friendly. I recommend it.

For the second time, I spent one night in L'auberge Canaulaise. It's clean, quiet, warm (it was at the beginning of March). I had a nice breakfast as well. The hotel is not far from the Ocean.

We had a wonderful stay at this inn/hotel. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The food was simply delicious, with high-quality dishes that were beautifully prepared. The French-style breakfast was impeccable and a much-appreciated way to start the day. We stayed two nights, from Friday to Sunday, and everything went perfectly. The welcome was warm and the setting very pleasant. We highly recommend this establishment and will gladly return! Thank you!

During our holiday in Lacanau, visiting our children, we had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant several times this week… and what a delight it was each time! Traditional, generous, and delicious cuisine, just the way we like it, with a three-course meal for €17. But beyond the food, it was your kindness, warm welcome, and professionalism that truly touched us. We simply feel at home here. A particularly special memory is the meal on December 23rd, shared with our children and grandchildren when the elf came to the restaurant: a magical moment, the children's eyes sparkled with joy… and ours too! Originally from the North of France, we leave with wonderful memories and a definite desire to return for a future visit. Thank you again for everything, and above all… don't change a thing! Excellent restaurant. €17 buffet menu including a starter buffet, dessert buffet, and a main course. Impeccable and quick service. Very friendly welcome. Reservations recommended.

Definitely the ideal spot for lunch (dinner isn't an option) in Lacanau-Océan, even though it's not directly on the seafront. Unbeatable value for money with a set menu under €20 per person, including unlimited starters and desserts! A wide selection of fresh and delicious products to delight food lovers. A warm atmosphere, welcoming and attentive service—reservations are recommended, especially since the place is popular with tennis teams who play their third set there, pétanque players who relive the game, and cyclists who reserve tables for up to 16 people. Lunch there is a simple pleasure, especially since it's one of the few establishments open almost all year round!

Lovely little hotel, charming and comfortable. Beautifully renovated. Delicious breakfasts. We'll be back.
