A must-try address on the outskirts of Toulouse. Always a great pleasure. It's difficult to give it 5 stars for the ambiance, as that's not the main focus, however, if you appreciate fine cuisine, you've come to the right place.

We hadn't been for a year. Still as inventive as ever. It was a real pleasure to admire the beauty of the dish before tasting it. I do slightly miss the more intimate atmosphere of the past due to the change in decor (central area and lighting), but that's just a matter of taste. Thank you to Claire and Theo for remaining so down-to-earth and welcoming. I highly recommend it.
