We had a wonderful time as a family. The price reflects the quality of the food, evident in every dish. (The only downside was that, as we don't drink much wine, we opted for wine by the glass. The portion served was very small, so we ordered more of the same wine. In the end, four small glasses of wine were much more expensive (over €60) than if we had ordered a bottle!)

Remarkable. The dishes sourced from the Occitan region, the flavors and their combinations, the portions, the cooking methods, the sauces, the champagne, the wines, the Chef, his wife in the dining room... and him too, the setting, the ambiance... and the jams: absolutely nothing to criticize. We eagerly await the "back-to-school" menu.

A very warm and intimate setting. The service is very pleasant, and even though the meal is long, there's no feeling of waiting between courses—it's perfect. The menu is delicious and well-crafted. An experience not to be missed!

Once again, a true explosion of flavors from start to finish! We were greeted with radiant smiles and impeccable service. The cuisine is simply masterful, showcasing incredibly fresh local produce. Special mention goes to the amuse-bouche and the main course: cucumbers from our local farmers. The setting remains as elegant and welcoming as ever. A must-visit restaurant where every detail is carefully considered to create a magical moment with friends or family. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time. The cuisine is modern and excellent without being pretentious, using carefully selected ingredients. The service was attentive, and our 14-month-old grandson absolutely loved some of the dishes! The wine pairings were very well chosen, and I highly recommend them. The price reflects the quality of the experience.
