We just came back for the second time to Val Thorens and one reason we came back was for the Auberge Des Balcons. Staff are absolutely incredible and so caring for their guests. A professional service like we really don't see that often at all and I have to give it to the wonderful Axel and Christian who nailed every day of our week. Friendly, polite, absolutely the ultimate you could ever wish to be served by. I just can't thank you enough for everything and can't wait to come back again soon. Val Thorens is an amazing place, but wouldn't ever be the same with such amazing people working there. Thank you ever so much.

27/02/2026: Fantastic! I highly recommend it! Especially the Rissolles for dessert, which are excellent.
11/02/2026: Brilliant! The dishes are phenomenal, the service is top-notch. The flavors are exceptional, and it's hard to focus on the menu because each offering seems to be better than the last. I highly recommend it.
