Review concerning the restaurant only: Before discussing the food, I want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the waitresses! As for the dishes, they are very well prepared, generous portions, and absolutely delicious. A real treat! We will gladly return!

A few hours of complete escape spent in this beautiful inn that all Bretons, whether born and bred or adopted, should know and cherish! The experience we had yesterday was absolutely dazzling and on par with a 3-Michelin-starred establishment. From the delightful welcome from Ms. Bellin to the exquisite interplay of land and sea flavors, we enjoyed every detail. A special tip of the hat to the two young women working in the dining room: the sommelier is a true expert in her field and shares her passion and favorites with great enthusiasm. We opted for the wine pairing and were treated to a very diverse selection—including a blind tasting, which we requested ourselves, and whose results often surprised us (it was a humbling experience). The head waitress, with her charming Toulouse accent and mischievous smile, also won us over with her perfect mastery of every detail of the chef's cuisine (down to each ingredient used) and, above all, with the coherence, the profound meaning, the poetry she so skillfully conveyed through her words to describe this progression of dishes that embraced their local terroir. Come, come again, and tell everyone you know!

Having been there several times and even stayed overnight, I can only highly recommend this establishment. It offers some of the best cuisine I've ever tasted, bursting with flavor and finesse. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. Go without hesitation!

We received a very warm welcome after arriving by public transport. Our room was beautiful, quiet, decorated with lovely paintings, and very spacious. The meal was incredible from start to finish, a succession of culinary discoveries, a feast for the palate and the eyes. The wine list was, of course, equally impressive. We had one of the best meals of our lives, and the service provided by two young women was impeccable. We were very touched by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the chef's mother. We slept very well, and in the morning, a very friendly and professional lady served us an exceptional breakfast in our room, featuring high-quality homemade products. We hope to repeat this experience soon. In our opinion, one of the finest restaurants in Brittany.
