1 real treat for this lunch at the bistronomic restaurant Chez "Marie Noëlle". Very friendly service. Exceptional cuisine worthy of this great chef Olivier Belin. Very good value for money.

2 stars really?? We went last Thursday afternoon to celebrate my daughter's birthday in this restaurant.
Yes, the setting is pleasant, even if you only see the sea from afar and the service is discreet and attentive.
But we expected much better in terms of flavors and presentations.
The stopover menu, at €100 only for lunch, was to offer us, among other things, langoustine with creamy black pudding and crispy pig's trotters. We had ONE scallop topped with a thin slice of "sausage" with carrot coulis. Surprised (frankly disappointed!) we asked the waiter: “the chef wanted to surprise you with the first Brest shells” (Would you have believed it? We didn’t!!)
As for the famous foie gras-velouté lobster soup, served in a simple cup, we found it rather disgusting.
Only the appetizers and the dessert, lemon crisp, strawberries and lettuce ice cream really pleased us.
As for drinks, the Beaujolais from 2020 at €70 was very good. The coffee is actually a ristretto of a few cl and costs €9.
To sum up: “meh”, really disappointing value for money.

Thursday October 19, 2023. Came for lunch with my partner. I finally understood the expression "culinary experience" we tasted extraordinary dishes, perfect service, professional but which puts at ease people like us who are not used to this type of establishment. A competent and very friendly sommelier. A very pleasant boss. We're going to come back.
