We received a very warm welcome at the start of the year. Delicious dishes that delighted our palates, and a friendly and humorous welcome. Thank you for this lovely time!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic place, both for professionals and staff. The welcome is always warm, the staff are cheerful, smiling, and pleasant, with a genuine sense of service. The setting is elegant and the atmosphere is friendly; you feel comfortable every time you visit. A sure bet that I recommend without hesitation.

We booked a small wedding lunch and received an exceptionally warm welcome. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, and the starters, main courses, and desserts were all equally delicious. We had a guest with a lactose allergy, and they were very accommodating, offering him alternatives without butter, milk, or cream. Thank you so much.

Yet another family experience last night at this canalside establishment. The cuisine is as refined as ever... The staff is as pleasant as ever... The owner takes great care of us, especially with the little ones... As for the menu, there's still no fault in taste: Beef steak on mashed potatoes: simple on paper but enhanced by a divine wine sauce... A delight! Dessert consisting of a homemade madeleine served with a scoop of orange ice cream (original!): delicious! A small downside to the starter: a simple terrine of poultry and snails (the latter are hard to find...) hardly representative of the chef's talent... but the taste was there... so... In short, the Auberge des Marais is a must-try for Redon cuisine... And good places at €28 per person are few and far between in the area... It's clear that the owner has what it takes to reach a first Michelin star... No doubt the fear of losing loyal customers and the stress that would then stick to him is preventing him from overcoming this obstacle... But it's likely that the discussion often comes up within the couple...

Very warm welcome, excellent service. The waiter and waitress were quick, efficient, and very friendly. The food was very good and good value for money.
