Yesterday evening, we went to eat at the Auberge des trois ponts, received by Michael the owner who is very very friendly, we enjoyed ourselves from aperitif to dessert! With a little extra for the frozen kirsch mousse on sour cherry compote ♥️
Between the welcome, the dishes, the service, everything was perfect!
I recommend ++++

We celebrated my parents' 60th wedding anniversary in this restaurant.
What a warm atmosphere! Everything was perfect, the welcome, the cuisine, the service, the kindness of both the owner and the waitress.
A huge thank you. We will keep very good memories of this Sunday spent in your inn.

Excellent, la cuisine au barbecue : onglet très tendre, truite fondante, parfaite.
Dessert du jour, aux framboises, délicieux.
Patron très sympa, cadre très agréable.
Surtout à ne pas manquer si on passe près de Beaume les Dames.
Et après le repas, promenade digestive à la source bleue, joli site à moins d'un quart d'heure.

Hotel - restaurant with good value for money located in a secluded and quiet location at the source of the Cusancin in the Doubs. Mickaël Dalibard welcomes you with all his good humor, his friendliness and his dedication. He makes it a point of honor to create excellent quality dishes using regional products.
We spent 2 days there as a couple and I would not hesitate to return there again.

Mushroom crust, um..., barbecued trout, um..., frozen pistachio nougat on strawberry coulis, um..., I loved everything!!! A pleasant setting and a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you to the chef for this wonderful moment.
