Excellent restaurant!
My husband had booked the Valentine's Day menu, which included shellfish and mollusks, but he has an allergy.
The chef was very accommodating. Everything was excellent, with top-notch service.

A fantastic time spent at this restaurant with its delicious, inventive, and original cuisine.
It was a delight from start to finish. Many thanks to the entire team.
The dishes were delicious, the atmosphere very friendly, the chef top-notch, and to top it all off, the value for money is exceptional—you rarely find this level of quality. I highly recommend it and will be back very soon.
And let's not forget the incredibly varied wine list! 👍👏

This was our second visit to Le Jas restaurant. Chef Emeric Corbon, a Master Chef of France, is consistently excellent. Thank you again. The team also provided impeccable service. Our waitress, Katia, who is moving to Japan, was very friendly. Laurence and I had lunch with Vaillant; the owner will recognize him... Jean-Claude, Eyragues dog boarding kennel
