We came as a group of four with friends. The welcome was very warm, and we chose the daily special for 30 euros. We started with a chilled asparagus velouté, followed by sea bass and squid cooked on the plancha grill with asparagus and a small crab bisque, and a surprising dessert of Fourme d'Ambert ice cream with an endive salad. A menu worthy of a gourmet restaurant, with great attention to detail and a wealth of flavors.

A truly wonderful discovery! Everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. The cuisine is inventive, with superb flavor combinations that showcase seasonal produce. The welcome was warm, and the dining room, complete with a fireplace, was very pleasant. What more could you ask for? We wholeheartedly recommend Le Jas and will definitely be back!

The staff were also great.
Good explanations of the dishes.
It's a shame my fish was raw; the waitress noticed and kindly offered to cook it again... too late for me.
