Fantastic welcome! We hadn't booked today and there was plenty of space! Excellent food (yum, the snails!!)! Very warm welcome, very friendly staff! And a lovely bowl of water for our Chihuahua 😊 and a great view! The restaurant is also very beautiful

Beautiful restaurant! We dined with a view of the lake and mountains. Very large terrace. The waitresses were very friendly and smiling. Definitely a place to try, and the prices are very reasonable.

We had lunch there today and had a wonderful time. Not only is the setting magnificent, but the welcome was also incredibly warm. The entire team is friendly, attentive, and especially welcoming to children. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal: the dishes were excellent, generous, and prepared with care. We highly recommend this restaurant, not only for the view and the quality of the food, but especially for the warm welcome, which makes all the difference.

We came from Belgium and discovered this restaurant in a magnificent setting on the shores of Lake Montriond. We absolutely loved it! The service was quick, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The dishes were very good and generous, with a special mention for the pulled pork burger, which was absolutely delicious. A great place that we happily recommend!

I rarely write reviews, but this place is truly worth a visit. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality: the entire team is smiling, attentive, and remains professional even when things are hectic and you're juggling a million things at once. I hadn't even tasted my meal when I wrote this, but I can already recommend it without hesitation. Plus, the setting is magnificent. A fantastic place not to be missed.

Beautiful setting, but we ordered an appetizer platter which was already expensive, and there was nothing on it. We had to beg for bread, which was given out in four pieces at a time, even though there were three of us.

29/07/2026: After several years away from the region, I simply had to return to this iconic little village! Having arrived during the HarleyDays event, there were many visitors, but that didn't stop us from getting a table for three (and a few goats as a bonus). Despite it being July, I didn't hesitate for a second: the goat tarti on the menu! I highly recommend it, as the rustic atmosphere created by the goats and their bells will add a delightful touch to your delicious meal!
25/07/2026: Hello, great welcome, terrace very well located, I've been going to Les Lindarets for almost 50 years. We were just disappointed by the blueberry tart which had very few blueberries, a lot of jam, and a very, very hard crust. We'll go back for everything else, but not for the tart.

24/03/2026: We had the pleasure of settling onto this small, elevated terrace in the middle of winter, with the sun shining brightly, which made the moment even more enjoyable. The terrace isn't very large, which gives the place an intimate, friendly, and particularly welcoming atmosphere; you immediately feel at ease. The service is truly top-notch. Special mention goes to Perrine: if you're lucky enough to be served by this charming young woman, your visit to Les Ancelles will be all the more enjoyable. Smiling, attentive, and professional, she clearly contributes to the quality of the experience. As for the food, we tried a salad, pasta, and a tart, and everything was delicious. The dishes are well-executed, flavorful, and generous, with simple yet expertly prepared cuisine, just the way we like it in the mountains. The cocktails are also excellent, so much so that we returned a second time at the end of the week to enjoy them again. And to end on a perfect note, we were offered a small pear before leaving, ideal for warming up before heading back out to ski. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend, both for its atmosphere and for the quality of the service and the food!
