L'Auberge du Vieux Château sur Cabris

Our sincere thanks to Cyril and the entire team for their support in "back-up" mode during our wedding in Cabris last Saturday. An absolutely charming place that I will never tire of recommending! Thank you again!!

This review concerns only the restaurant. We had a lovely meal with friends on the terrace of the Auberge du Vieux Château. After a superb welcome upon arrival from Cyril and his team, we chose to try the lunch menu offered by Chef Tim CINQUIN and his staff. To start, a delicious sea bream ceviche with exotic spices: a feast for the eyes and the palate. Next came a delicate fillet of red mullet, accompanied by Provençal vegetables. Finally, to complete this experience, a raspberry craquelin éclair with light lavender cream and pistachio ice cream, a creation of pastry chef Marck SAINT-ETIENNE: once again, a visual and gustatory delight. One of my friends, a vegetarian, was able to enjoy dishes perfectly adapted by the chef. The entire team is incredibly attentive, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. A big thank you to them all for this wonderful experience.

We discovered this restaurant after seeing several posts on Instagram showcasing both the place and its dishes. And what a pleasant surprise it was when we arrived! A warm welcome, impeccable service, and above all, remarkably high-quality cuisine. A huge thank you to Chef Tim Cinquin for this exceptional culinary experience, which truly deserves a Michelin star. An unforgettable experience that we can't wait to repeat with our family. Fantastic family stay at the Auberge du Vieux Château in Cabris! Spacious rooms, incredible views, and very welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast and gourmet dinner, and pleasant service. A truly wonderful place, highly recommended!

If you dream of castle romance, you'll find it here! Views stretching to the sea, lovingly furnished rooms, and friendly hoteliers. Parking in the large (free) car park is highly recommended.

L’Auberge du Vieux Château is a true gastronomic gem. Every visit is an exceptional experience: refined, perfectly executed dishes that showcase high-quality local produce and artisans, all with perfectly balanced flavors. The staff is incredibly warm, always attentive, and genuinely concerned about the well-being of their guests. As for Cyril, he is passionate, kind, and deeply committed to the establishment. His presence and professionalism greatly contribute to making each meal a memorable experience. All this with exceptional quality for a gourmet restaurant of this caliber. A must-visit that I wholeheartedly recommend. For many years, this restaurant has been a welcome respite for me.

The restaurant provided a refined interlude for our daughter's 35th birthday. The food and presentation were exquisite, not to mention the warm welcome we received. A truly wonderful memory!
