A magical and unforgettable interlude! Upon arriving in the village, we were immediately captivated by the charm and authenticity of the place. A simple and warm welcome instantly immersed us in a family atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, understated, and tastefully decorated; we slept very well. But before that, we had dinner… each dish was an immersion into the Chef's world, accompanied by a unique ceremony, and the staff reflected the quality of the establishment. By far, our best Michelin-starred experience! Indulgence, generosity, authenticity, local produce, finesse, precision—everything was there… The icing on the cake was the privilege of a long conversation with the Chef, with whom we shared our common love for Martinique! We completely understood the world of this exceptional chef and embraced it wholeheartedly! The place and the staff reflect the Chef and his wife! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! A wonderful experience. A fantastic culinary journey into Mr. Goujon's world. It's a shame the chef wasn't there.

An exceptional moment from beginning to end. I had the pleasure of dining at this Michelin-starred restaurant, and the experience was simply remarkable. Each dish tells a story: ingredients of rare quality, enhanced by masterful creativity and impressive precision. The flavors flow together in perfect harmony, never becoming overpowering. A place where talent, passion, and attention to detail combine to offer a truly special experience.

Having never dined in a Michelin-starred restaurant before, I didn't know what to expect and wondered if it might be a bit stuffy. From the moment we arrived at the Auberge du Vieux Puits, we received a warm welcome from the entire team, and this three-hour lunch will remain a memorable experience for me, both in terms of the food and the service. During those three hours, the head waiter, the young sommelier, and the various servers attentively guided us, explaining the ingredients and origin of each dish with great humor and kindness. From arrival to departure, it was an exceptional and unforgettable experience. French culinary art at its finest!

After a first, highly enjoyable visit a few years ago, we returned and were blown away! Despite being quite accustomed to three-Michelin-starred restaurants, we had a truly memorable experience that will remain among our most cherished gastronomic memories! Everything was perfect: the welcome, the staff, the service, the ambiance, the ingredients, and…the dishes themselves, with their otherworldly flavors! A special mention goes to the rotten egg, of course, but also, and especially, to the turbot, which I won't describe in detail to preserve the element of surprise (it was magnificent!!!). This tasting menu was absolutely delightful. Under these circumstances, it's easy to trust Mr. Goujon. We will be back!

Located in the Corbières, even though the mega-fire of 2025 ravaged everything around it, this inn is the anchor point from which life and nature begin anew.

Unforgettable! From appetizers to dessert, nothing is left to chance. Some dishes, like the egg or the turbot, are extraordinary. Here, we're talking about cuisine, but also almost alchemy! Added to this is the friendly, funny, and always attentive service. A special thank you to Matthieu, our server, who made the experience even more memorable. Thank you, Mr. Goujon, and the entire inn.

We were celebrating our 40th anniversary as a couple 😊we have already come several times… this time is the best experience for me! Everything was perfect: the service, the dishes (accompaniment to the turbot then the wood pigeon - for me duck…) The magical dinner because Vincent allowed me to choose and so I had the pleasure of enjoying the blueberry béatilles tartlet again 🤩! Wonderful from start to finish. The dishes were incredible, the wines were well-chosen, the staff were lovely, and the chef and his son were fabulous. Mr. Goujon is a great artist, full of generosity and simplicity.
