L'Auberge du Village, France sur Dardilly

Fantastic inn! It feels like being at a friendly local bistro; everyone knows each other and enjoys their evening in a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere. We stumbled upon it while looking for dinner during a stopover, and we'll definitely go back if we're ever in the area again. The rain caught us by surprise, but everyone took it in stride, remaining in good spirits. The meal was delicious and plentiful: andouillette sausage for my husband and quenelles followed by tarte tatin for me. They also offer classic dishes like salads, ribeye steak, and pasta. The wine selection is excellent. Thank you to the owners for giving us a wonderful first evening of our vacation.

Nothing to complain about, quick and good

I'll be direct: I love this restaurant, I've been a few times now... a small, authentic place, just the way we like them. Delicious, home-style cooking.

Passing through Dardilly on Wednesday evening, I stopped at this little inn. And I was truly pleasantly surprised! The food was exceptional, the staff very friendly and welcoming, and the dishes were absolutely delicious, especially the frog legs. I highly recommend it; it's well worth the detour! Thank you, I'll gladly return as soon as possible!

Excellent traditional Lyonnais restaurant. The menu is extensive with sophisticated dishes. Impeccable service from attentive owners. A terrace completes the experience, which is very pleasant in spring or summer.

Excellent!! We received a very warm welcome. The value for money is very good. The dishes are high quality. For dessert, everything is homemade and really inexpensive compared to other restaurants these days. There were three of us, and the waitress was very attentive and caring. I highly recommend it!
