L'Auberge Fleurie sur Fayence

I stopped there by chance, and I confess, I wasn't prepared for what awaited me at the table. A very warm welcome, a well-stocked menu, and very pleasant and friendly staff. But where I wasn't prepared was on the plate. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious, a real treat, and generous portions. Special mention to the lobster, which completely blew my mind 😂. The expression "I stuffed myself" took on a whole new meaning 😂. The chef almost made me question whether or not I should order dessert. That's rare for me 😂. Luckily, they have a good selection of ice cream. I hadn't planned on taking a nap that day, but after my visit to Auberge Fleurie, it was essential. Thank you to the whole team, and see you soon, for sure!

We came for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. Our local taxi driver Agnés recommended it and she was absolutely right to say it is one of her favourites. The moules frites and steak tartare were delicious, and the lobster was huge, with lots of meat in it. Would recommend to anyone who is staying in Fayence.

Excellent restaurant. Generous and beautifully presented dishes. Having tried many restaurants in the area over the past few years, I would rank this one number one.

Our server gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The €39 set menu was very good, fresh, and very generous. The only downside is that the menu needs updating; it looks a bit messy with all the scribbles, sticky notes, etc.

We had a lovely evening! The sole, unfortunately, was full of roe… but very well cooked. The ice cream sundaes were beautiful. A very pleasant setting!

The lobster served here is absolutely superb, with tender, delicately flavored flesh—undoubtedly one of the best I've tasted in the region. Exceptional Seafood The mussels, cooked with finesse, reveal authentic briny flavors that reflect the quality of the local marine environment. More broadly, the entire seafood menu demonstrates evident culinary expertise; each dish exudes freshness and respect for the ingredients. A Menu Full of Surprises The menu itself is a true visual delight even before ordering: it resembles a collage of overlapping labels, each revealing a new delicacy. This original format gives the impression of leafing through a secret recipe book, where each layer hides an additional gourmet discovery. In short, Auberge Fleurie combines impeccable seafood cuisine and a menu presentation full of character, for a culinary experience that is as tasty as it is fun.

The owner possesses the rare talent of bringing the place to life with infectious sincerity, while Kevin offers a remarkably warm welcome. The exquisitely curated wine list reveals a genuine passion. This is a place where you rediscover the true taste of fine dining.

A lovely family meal; the mussels were excellent, and the rosé bottle with a glass stopper was a really original touch. The servers were helpful and very friendly. We'll definitely be back on our next holiday in the area.
