05/04/2026: A superb experience at this restaurant. The service team was very professional and attentive to each table. During a conversation, I learned that the chef was working alone in the kitchen (Easter lunch), but this was not at all apparent. The dishes were excellent and beautifully presented. Congratulations to the chef! And a big bravo to the entire team.

17/04/2026: Never disappointed by a meal at La Farigoulette: the food, the service, the ambiance, everything is excellent. And the blood orange ice cream drizzled with thyme liqueur (farigoule) is a delight that makes the generous menu go down easily.

This is a restaurant like few others... A Varois inn... Here, time seems to have stood still, with generous, flavorful dishes.
The menu is authentic and extensive, the service is friendly, efficient, and always smiling.... Good food, a pleasant moment... Very competitive prices considering the quantity and quality....
Great wine selection...
Note: no photos, go and see for yourself and you'll definitely enjoy it.

08/04/2026: Had a very nice lunch menu with friends who have been coming here for years.
The dishes were served tastefully and managed to tantalize our taste buds.
A small tip: for customers who return multiple times, a complimentary shot with the coffee should be offered on the house.
05/04/2026: We were very unhappy because we had booked a table on the terrace two days in advance and ended up inside, alone. Furthermore, the dishes were expensive for the small portions. The €35 beef fillet was full of gristle. The €10 apple tart was burnt and not worth €10. My chocolate fondant was not at all fudgy and was the size of a tablespoon. Very disappointed as regulars, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

07/03/2026: After the market, lunch at La Strega. Calzone pizza and truffle ravioli. Very good. I would recommend it.

02/04/2026: Excellent restaurant, the servers were friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious. The service was incredibly fast; we barely waited 10 minutes to eat, and the desserts were superb.
15/02/2026: Dated out today for the Alpine Rally.
Staff completely overwhelmed by the event and the number of people in the restaurant.
1 hour to take our order.
3 hours total for the meal. 4 requests for the menu and the same for everything else.
It's a shame, the food was decent.
Other people left without paying after having drinks.

02/06/2024: Belle découverte à Fayence, entre l'église et la poste, un restaurant un peu caché, mais une savoureuse cuisine régionale avec des spécialités telles que aïoli, souris d'agneau, petits farcis (15 euros). Le service est très agréablet et attentif. La cuisine faite maison est succulente et copieuse. Belle terrine de poisson en entrée, et cafe très gourmand comme dessert pour clôturer en beauté. Prix très raisonnables. Chaudement recommandé.
