Small restaurant with lovely decor. Welcoming, friendly, smiling, and attentive staff. Beautifully presented dishes, traditional and delicious cuisine. I enjoyed the slightly cracked lemon tart. The tiramisu was excellent. We had a lovely time as a family. I made your lemon tart 🍋 (photo attached).

On Saturday at lunchtime, we had lunch at L'Aubergine. There were eight of us, and it was a great find. The owner, who served us, was incredibly kind, and the chef in the kitchen was a true expert. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this little restaurant.

We had lunch on a sunny weekday at this little restaurant in the streets of Montélimar. The welcome was very warm, and above all, the meal was excellent. There was a choice of three courses for each course—starter, main, and dessert—more than enough and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it.

02/08/2026: A delightful restaurant where we thoroughly enjoyed our sweetbreads. Every dish is a culinary experience. The service was impeccable, attentive, and they took excellent care of the customer. A wonderful discovery!
01/08/2026: For us Parisians, and adopted Burgundians, we're running out of excuses to go to Le Moderne! Whether with friends or a loved one, we always look forward to enjoying its cuisine, so rich in flavors, colors, and exquisite delicacy. A truly great gastronomic experience. We're still wondering what Michelin is doing to get that first star!
