Excellent restaurant, the chef's cuisine is a delight, the ingredients are top quality. Finally, a perfectly seasoned steak tartare—no need for Tabasco! The Périgord salad with duck gizzards is delicious. As for the chocolate mousse with Espelette pepper made by Madame, it's on par with Monsieur's cooking—delicately flavorful! Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience, and we wish you a well-deserved holiday.

A wonderful experience at this little restaurant! The food is high quality and extremely well-prepared; the chocolate mousse is incredible (...and I know what I'm talking about!!). We had a very pleasant time on the terrace. The owners are lovely and very attentive! I highly recommend this place; I will definitely be back 😊

A little gastronomic gem 🥰❤️ Thank you for the wonderful time we had 🥰 The verrine was perfect, the squid cooked to perfection ❤️ and my absolute favorite was Grandma Lucie's tarte tatin 🥰😍 If you're looking for a restaurant or a place to eat good food, this is it! 🥰❤️ Thank you again for everything 😍 and see you very soon ❤️🥰

We had a wonderful time at L'Aubergine. The terrace is lovely, the owner/waitress is super friendly, and the food was truly excellent! A nice bonus: the chef's sense of humor whenever he manages to tear himself away from the kitchen. All this for a very reasonable price! Thank you both and best of luck!

22/03/2026: A 20/10 for this restaurant!! The ONLY thing we regret: not coming back sooner... An intimate setting, extremely professional, friendly, and experienced service, presentation and cuisine that become a truly divine culinary experience. We came on Saturday at lunchtime, we ate in the shop area, and we absolutely loved it. Nothing to complain about... This restaurant is truly a benchmark, even THE restaurant to visit if you're in Montélimar. Thank you a thousand times for everything, it was a real pleasure, see you VERY soon ☺️

21/05/2026: Our family, Ouf! Accustomed to frequenting cafes for lunch, we stumbled upon this enchanting spot, hidden away from all the usual, well-trodden paths, and bam! The best find in 30 days of wandering! A creative, exquisitely thoughtful, and incredibly delicious menu—come on, come on! Take a few extra steps and taste it, and you'll be delighted with your trip! In short: wow!
21/05/2026: Everything is excellent: the food, the service, the atmosphere, the decor. A hidden gem discovered by chance during a visit. It's a shame I live so far away because I would be a regular customer.
