Everything went very well until the cheese.
We ordered two plates of cheese and were very disappointed with the quality of the Rocamadour (Cabecou) cheese. It was very strong, grainy, and not good at all. This can happen. We reported it to the server, and he made incoherent remarks, and we realized he knew nothing about cheese. He was very haughty and mocking. He didn't apologize. As we were leaving, he didn't say a word and wasn't even polite enough to say goodbye. We made this comment not to criticize him, but simply to ask him to report it to the person in charge of the cheese, so we won't be returning to this establishment.

My partner and I ate at L'Aubrac on Saturday night.
The service was impeccable, the waiters attentive. The dishes were delicious, the lamb chops perfect, and the desserts succulent. The prices are very reasonable.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
I will gladly return.

Fresh, quality produce. Generous. The beef is very good. The only drawback is that the aligot lacks a bit of heat for my taste. We'll be back, and thank you for the friendly service.
