L'authentic sur La Teste-De-Buch

We've been regulars at this restaurant for years, and we love to enjoy this perfectly executed traditional cuisine. It never changes, always perfect.

We chose the tasting menu to discover the chef's cuisine. We weren't disappointed; the amuse-bouche was excellent and perfectly prepared our palates for what was to come. The dishes were of high quality with just the right touch of zest to elevate them. A very good restaurant; we will gladly return to try the rest of the menu.

Very nice restaurant, cozy and relaxed atmosphere, cuisine as beautiful as it is refined. 2 slightly disappointing points despite the quality of the address: the bill remains quite steep, and the welcome and service are a little cold and lack a smile. It's also a shame not to have had a visit from the chef, he would have deserved our congratulations!

As a former chef, I enjoyed dining in a "real" restaurant. This establishment is highly recommended.

The lobster menu perfectly illustrates Chef Éric Thore's mastery: each dish reveals impeccable cooking, delicate flavors, and a perfect balance between textures and tastes. The fresh, local ingredients are enhanced by technical precision and refined creativity, making each bite a true moment of pleasure. Each plate is a work of art, combining technical precision and bold creativity. The attentive and discreet service complements the experience with professionalism while maintaining a friendly atmosphere, allowing guests to fully concentrate on the tasting and the culinary artistry on offer.

Very good restaurant near Arcachon where we had a great time with carefully prepared dishes and great flavors. Parking spaces are available in front of the restaurant. Areas for improvement: the entrance could be improved. It's important to understand that a gourmet restaurant is located behind this rather average entrance. It would also be nice to offer non-alcoholic cocktails, as my partner had to order a Coke because there was nothing else. Finally, the pink plastic beach-side "stirrer" in my cocktail in a restaurant of this caliber is a shame. Especially before discovering the chef's cuisine, which is incredible, and the presentation of the dishes is equally impressive. Two small details that I think could be improved. We are nevertheless delighted with this wonderful discovery.

Without a doubt, the best restaurant in the Arcachon Bay. Generous and refined cuisine. Excellent service. A must-see.
