Sorry, despite the good reviews. Perhaps I was less lucky. My daughter had a carbonnade; some pieces were tough, but at least it was hot. My other daughter had a tournedos, and I had a steak, "Grandma's style," which was cold. My daughter asked the kind waiter to reheat it. I ate mine cold. Very disappointed, knowing how grandmothers used to cook steak. I was expecting to find that same taste. No aperitif. I asked for a Perrier, but I didn't get the bottle, so I doubt it. The girls had a small bottle of wine. I found the price extremely expensive, especially considering there was no dessert or coffee. €80. I don't recommend this place, but that's my honest opinion.

A bistro with a modern atmosphere. Very clean food. A minor complaint about the Welsh rarebit, which wasn't browned. Otherwise, very good value for money. And a very friendly welcome.

Delicious meal, friendly atmosphere, and top-notch service! You can feel the care that goes into the decor, the choice of tableware, and the quality of the service. Moreover, the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The daily special and suggestion were much appreciated. The menu is clear, offering a choice of several appetizers, main courses, and desserts, all made on-site. We ate very generously; the portions were substantial! In short: generosity, good cheer, and delicious food!

A top-notch restaurant. A very warm, pleasant welcome, and a simple, all-you-can-eat menu. I personally enjoyed a cod pastry with mushroom risotto; it was truly a killer dish. 😋 A true delight. The gourmet coffee is truly generous. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for your welcome and your service. I highly recommend it.

02/10/2024: I come to share my experience with you... today June 4, 2024. I had a very, very warm welcome from the owner Lydie, I think her name is that, as well as from her intern who did not disparage the care taken in maintaining the furniture in the restaurant. this young man is smiling, friendly and polite which is something that is being lost more and more... so I would like to greet him and wish him that he flourishes in this very good profession which requires high standards but who brings a lot on a social and professional level. This morning I asked for a cappuccino I put you the photo the service was fast and careful this establishment I highly recommend it for a stopover or for a meal. You will always be well received there. the atmosphere is really very friendly. This brewery is suitable for all kinds of people. really let it be known it's a little pearl inside Hazebrouck.
16/06/2024: What can I say other than thank you? Impeccable service, an exceptional atmosphere and very reasonable prices considering the quantity served. For my birthday, I had the surprise of having dinner at L'Étape Flamande, and it was a total success. The waitress was extremely kind, close to the customers, and her humor makes you want to come back. PS: thank you for the candle on the chocolate mousse, see you soon!
