L'Authentique sur Tarbes

It is a nice place, with very polite staff. The food is good, but everything is very fatty. I had the duck confit with the potatoes. The potatoes were all buttery with bacon ,i would prefer a lighter side dish to the already fatty duck. I mean , the food is tasty but the combinations should be reconsidered.

Camembert à la plancha + gourmet salad I can't take any more pleasure of the senses from quality products. The boss everywhere but a little waiting didn't hurt anything. Jose

A la carte dinner, foie gras (industrial) it's a shame, trio of duck meat, very good, well cooked, impeccable and pleasant service.

Vraiment d’un très très bon rapport qualité prix. La viande est très bonne et bien cuite … La planche de charcuterie au pain à l’ail et huile d’olive très bonne ! Je recommande.

TOP cuisine!! Homemade foie gras and roasted camembert, killer!! The grilled meat was tender (we had entrecôtes) accompanied by a baked potato. Very good homemade sauces. A plus on the open kitchen which brings liveliness to the restaurant. Very warm welcome from the owners.

We had a great time, hearty and very well cooked dishes! The meat (bavette and entrecôte) was a pure delight and the accompaniments followed, a lovely starter with the squid, we shared them “happily” because the dishes were plentiful 😄! Great welcome and service! We will come back and this time we will have dessert! Thanks to the team!

Eyes closed to blow the brioche. Simple card. what you need to eat good meat. place a little narrow, but not disturbing. I recommend this bistro

Certes l'entrecôte était pas mal et généreuse mais tout le reste... Table collante , sel humide , pas de réseau et quand je demande code wifi c'est non...pour un voyageur seul bof Clients insupportable bruyant et non tenu. Café pas bon du jus de chaussette. Personne s'occupe de vous . Tous le monde reste au comptoir à rigoler. Au final repas désagréable malgré une entrecôte bonne et bien cuite. Pas de Café gourmand. Pas de proposition suite à ma demande. Bref première et dernière fois. Le produit certes mais le service surtout quand on es seul. Quel dommage.
