The hotel is well located, but the amenities are limited. There was no welcome drink except from a can dispenser, and the water came in cardboard boxes. The room wasn't great, with two beds pushed together. This hotel won't be one we remember, however, it was quiet and we slept well. That's the bare minimum, really.

The hotel is very well located. However, it's supposed to be a 4-star hotel. The rooms were spacious, but the housekeeping wasn't great... Mold on the soap dishes, fluctuating water pressure and temperature, outdated and dusty carpet, and I even got a piece of glass stuck in it. On the other hand, the bedding was spotless, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The TV didn't work. Maybe the battery was dead. The toilet in room 602 is so small that it's difficult to close the door once inside without stepping over the toilet.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and I have no regrets. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is comfortable, clean, and the bedding is perfect. I will definitely return!

Hotel in the center, tidy rooms, good breakfast, bus parking at the drop and pick location

Located right next to the Palais des Papes and across from the Opera House. It's not luxurious, but simply and practically furnished and clean. We miss being able to squeeze our own oranges at breakfast. It's a shame we can't park directly at the hotel to unload luggage and then park in the underground parking garage. The 20% discount on the parking ticket is welcome. The walk from the parking garage to the hotel with luggage and clothes on a coat rack is difficult for those over 75.
