Perfect location right in the city center, public parking nearby with a discount of €20 per day thanks to the hotel. Comfortable room.

Everything is great! Right next to the Papal Palace, I heard they are renovating the entire room this year, and luckily, I got a renovated standard room. I love the slippers, bathrobes, clean bedding, and even the view of the Place de l’Horloge! The reception staff are also very friendly. Thank you for leaving me with such good memories of Avignon, where I arrived on a rainy day! I’ll be back ☺️ Everything is perfect! Not only was this hotel a fabulous location but it was one of the loveliest hotels we have stayed in throughout France.

The location is good and it is suitable for a one-night stay. The price is reasonable, and the staff are friendly. They try to explain things further and greet you well. The male staff member who assisted me during check-in was so kind that he remains in my memory; it is a shame I can't remember his name. He was a sweet guy.

Excellent location for sightseeing in the city, with numerous restaurants right outside the hotel and a shopping street just beyond. The room was large, well-appointed, clean, and pleasant—perfect for a short stay. However, the hotel offers limited amenities, no bar, no lounge. Breakfast wasn't very extensive or particularly good compared to other hotels in its category. If you're driving, you have to park in the Palais des Papes parking lot and then drag your rolling suitcases over the cobblestones. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is well located, but the amenities are limited. There was no welcome drink except from a can dispenser, and the water came in cardboard boxes. The room wasn't great, with two beds pushed together. This hotel won't be one we remember, however, it was quiet and we slept well. That's the bare minimum, really.
