I came here in August 2024 to escape extreme heat. Very pleasant bar. Friendly barman, good quality biere pression at a nice price. Crucially they had air conditioning. I will be back.

I privatized the vaulted cellar during my thesis evening with around thirty guests! Everything went very well, the place is really nice, the prices are pretty decent. You can put your own music on. In addition to that, there is no rental or deposit to pay! It’s all about trust! I highly recommend if you have events to plan 👌

05/09/2024: This slaps like really. Good food. Yummy.
31/08/2024: I usually eat at Gur Kebab in République. I enjoy the good food there, and the service is friendly. Sometimes a few oversights on set, but nothing dramatic, we can talk about it calmly with the team. Be careful to always listen to the customer and respond respectfully. Also be careful when cooking the meat. (This happened to me two or three times out of 15 times, but I prefer to report it with respect!) Good luck, see you soon.

Guinguette de la Marine

29/09/2024: We came to the Guinguette de la Marine yesterday afternoon, we were very well received by a waiter who seated us straight away at our table. The rest of the service staff said hello warmly to us when we passed them, a nice touch that we find less and less in restaurants. We had a butcher's cut and the dish of the day (Saturday) which was pork belly smoked with beech wood (if I remember correctly) with roasted baby potatoes and a pan of oyster mushrooms and shiitakes + mustard sauce with ancient. In addition to being more than generous with the sauce, the quality of the products and that of the cuisine was incredible. If you think it looks delicious in the photo, I can assure you right away, it doesn't just look like it. We really had a pleasant time, service, cuisine, atmosphere and setting I have nothing to complain about. We had stopped by during the Lille clearance sale and had already had a great time. But outside of the sale period, take advantage of the quality and creativity of the dishes they offer, they are definitely worth the detour. For our part, we will definitely come back!
