We were on a ski holiday in Aussois and if you are looking for a place with hearty local food and warm service, this is a great option.

Excellent value for money. The galettes and crêpes are delicious, served with a generous side salad. The galettes are very well filled. The prices are reasonable, especially for the galettes, crêpes, syrup, and ice cream. I recommend it if you're looking for a good restaurant. Good to know: they open from 4:30 pm for tasty and reasonably priced afternoon snacks.

We visited this restaurant twice during our stay. The savory crepes were generously filled and very good. The sweet crepes were also very good. A great place to eat. Very friendly staff.

A wonderful discovery, a bit of a silly find on a small street in the village center. Very friendly staff, delicious galettes, and an original setting in a well-appointed cellar.

We came as a group of 11, it was very busy, but we received a super warm welcome. Aperitifs, main courses, desserts, and digestifs were served with a smile and good cheer by the super-efficient waitress, and the food was excellent too. A wonderful time! At Bar du Monde, kudos to L'Avalanche for the superb quality, quantity, and price. Thank you, great establishment!

We received a warm welcome at Crêperie l'Avalanche despite our late arrival. The waitress was friendly, the food was delicious (tartiflette and butternut ravioli gratin), and the crêpes for dessert were excellent too! I highly recommend it.
