A restaurant that we have enjoyed for many years. No family member would come to Aussois without going to dinner at Fort Marie Christine. Friendly atmosphere in a fort in Essillon. The cuisine is tasty and the Savoyard specialties are copious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very good experience in this restaurant. Very pleasant staff. The plates are beautiful, well presented and appetizing. Everything looks fresh and homemade. One star less for the frozen fries which are a bit of a waste 😉

On vacation in Orelle we were advised to visit Marie Christine's fort 😄 without regret, a very good fondue and a great welcome. We will come back Sabine and Sylvain

We left Aussois on foot to reach Fort Marie-Christine. Walk in winter without snow but pleasant. For a change from skiing, it's good. A nice view of the valley. No review on the restaurant because we didn't go there.

Magnificent restored fort in Aussois...very beautiful panorama of the Modame valley and surrounding areas...excellent restaurant at reasonable prices where everything is homemade...right down to the pormoniers! The waitresses are nice... Visit not to be missed...

30/03/2024: I just spent a weekend in this chalet with friends. We had a great time. The food was delicious and the staff amazing. I recommend 200%. Thanks again to the whole team and in particular to Stephane.
27/03/2024: Very good pizzas and excellent blueberry pie. The bosses are very nice!
