Disappointed with the Welsh with a very grainy texture with an egg cooked on top... in the oven... Which made it as hard as rubber. The whole thing wasn't bad but worth 3 stars.
Very warm welcome, very nice restaurant. The dishes are tasty. I chose the very good knife tartare. Small downside for the crème brûlée, I wasn't warned that it was made with chicory, which I don't like. Impeccable service and top chef
