LAYER Food sur Paris

Very tasty vegetarian food. Had the falafel pocket menu with various dips and sweet potato wedges. It tasted fantastic and was completely reasonable in terms of price. Really very nice people behind the counter. After my knowledge of French reached its limits due to the selection options in the menu, I was also happy to be helped in English.

We've now been to PITA 2 times, and OMG both times exceptional!! Almost shocking, really. We ordered: -Eggplant balls pita: so creamy and fresh and delicious -Sweet potato side with aioli sauce is perfectly creamy and flavorful in all the best ways. -Cheeseburger pita: I would not have chosen this but my bf couldn't help himself and wow - I have no words to describe other than I wanted more. -Tabbouleh with tzaziki - unexpected flavor yet interestingly wonderful! On top of that both times the staff have been incredibly friendly, cool, and kind. The vibe is parfait. And for you Americano's, huge menu in english lol.

It's fresh, homemade, colorful, it takes us on a journey, it's very good with excellent value for money. In short... An address that we would like to keep secret... But small restaurants with such quality deserve to be known to survive against the big fast-food chains!! I took off a few stars because the room is rather narrow but for the rest it's a big favorite. Thank you and congratulations! Looking forward to coming back!
