Very disappointed with the customer service at this bowling alley. After winning a free spin in a lottery, I contacted the manager to ask for more information. His response was very rude and condescending. He came to ask me "What would you do in the place of a boss?" and even lectured me that according to him he would have gone out of business if he had done this or that way. ...as if I were abusing my right to a free part. This lack of professionalism and empathy is unacceptable, especially from a manager. Such behavior towards customers leaves a bitter taste. I wouldn't tell you not to go to this bowling alley because I'll come across as an angry person, but I personally won't go!
We come often and never disappointed except for the score of course. The managers are very friendly and accommodating, they are very welcoming and warm. The pizzas are delicious and the burgers just as good, good cocktails. When it comes to bowling, you will enjoy yourself and have fun.

Menu entrée+plat+dessert 38.- euro.
Petite mise en bouche délicieuse (pois blond de la Planez).
Apéritif sans alcool très bon et bien rempli.
Service rapide, avec le sourire et professionnalisme.
