I'm giving it 5/5 because I can't give more. Between Juan's cooking and Camille's service, there's nothing to complain about. Go without hesitation!

We received a very warm welcome and, above all, we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious ribeye steak to share! The meat was truly excellent, as was everything else. If you want to eat good meat, this is the place to go.

Delicious meat, but lots of bone, so it seems quite heavy. It's pricey for what you get.

Excellent value for money for meat lovers; it was our favorite spot in the resort for a good dinner after a day on the slopes. The staff is also very friendly. Thank you for everything, Jenny and Alisson

Morgane is amazing, the food is amazing

A very warm welcome and kindness from the servers and cooks (the open kitchen was fantastic!) throughout our meal. The food was truly excellent and of superior quality. From the perfectly cooked meat to the delicious little pickled onions served with fresh mesclun, and finally the dessert: everything was delicious, generous, and delightful! Our only regret (but we'll be back): we didn't get to try the Uruguayan chef's chimichurri sauce. It must be worth it considering everything else. We'll be back.

I go there every year and have never been disappointed, I highly recommend the hanger steak!
