Without a doubt, one of the best bars in Dijon, and by far the best I've had the pleasure of discovering so far. The atmosphere is excellent, the setting very pleasant, but the real strength of the place lies in the exceptional quality of the service. A special mention goes to the team of servers, whose professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness are remarkable. The level of service is truly superior to what one usually finds in a bar, almost worthy of a high-end hotel: impeccable welcome, availability, elegance, and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and one to which I will return with great pleasure.

We stopped for an aperitif. The kyr was excellent, a good quantity, with a proper cassis. Despite the rain, given the temperature, we were able to sit in the courtyard, in the covered area. Quiet and comfortable.

This place hides a gem waiting to be discovered: the atmosphere, decor, and staff are all top-notch, and the cocktails are perfectly balanced – we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Bar Le 19 is a very warm, classy, ​​and intimate place. The interior terrace adds to the bar's charm, and coming here for a charcuterie board and a glass of wine is a real pleasure! The service is attentive, and the price is very reasonable for the quality served. I highly recommend it!

A superb place, with a very original basement where you can play pétanque and darts. We were there with a group of friends and our puppy, and we received an exceptional welcome. The whole team was lovely, and our puppy even got his own little bowl of water—a very thoughtful touch. The cocktails were delicious. A special mention goes to the bartender, who was absolutely fantastic: super friendly, smiling, and very pleasant. We were delighted with our evening and highly recommend this establishment. Chic place, good cocktails, very elegant, cozy... But not much atmosphere. It was empty on a Saturday night, which was a shame. But the cocktails are tastings... which is perfect. The waitresses were perfect and friendly.
