A beautiful Sunday morning in Avignon: a particularly warm welcome and an excellent brunch. Highly recommended!

Excellent restaurant, fantastic food, front of house superb! Staff are very friendly. Food is fine dining, the flavours are really good and not average. For the quality, we felt that the prices were very reasonable.

Excellent meal, we went both nights we there. Fantastic front of house, service was top class, lovely staff. The food was fine dining, you would travel a long way to equal it. Very reasonable price, the steak, chicken fish was all among the best meals we have had, the accompanying flavours were super. Order extra mash if you are Irish!

Sophisticated food - lovely restaurant off the main thoroughfare. I had cod & my husband had roasted cauliflower. Both excellent. We did not reserve Monday in mid March.

We discovered Le 26 restaurant in Avignon about a year ago, drawn in by a The Fork promotion offering 20% ​​off the bill—a perfect opportunity to try it out. Upon arrival, we found a pleasant setting, ideal for a romantic dinner for two. We started our meal with a very refreshing and original cocktail made with apple and chestnut cream, a surprising but very successful combination. For starters, we shared glazed carrots, which were particularly delicious. For our main courses, we enjoyed a melt-in-your-mouth beef stew bursting with flavor, and a beautiful, high-quality, and generously sized piece of meat. The dishes were beautifully presented and meticulously arranged, adding to the pleasure of the meal. A truly wonderful experience, and a restaurant we wholeheartedly recommend.

It was absolutely wonderful. I would rate the food and atmosphere at least 5 out of 5. The elegant waitress had a resemblance to Sade when she was younger, and I'm not sure if she was being intentional, but Sade's songs played four times while I was there... The synergy between the waitress and me created an endlessly positive atmosphere. The food itself was also perfect. I ordered white fish rillettes for my appetizer and braised lamb shank for my main course, and both were so delicious that I couldn't help but smile the moment I took a bite. Both were richly flavorful, and I enjoyed them in various ways from the moment I put them in my mouth until they disappeared from the plate. The wine recommended by the woman who resembled Sade was a perfect match, and I truly enjoyed a wonderful dinner.
