Although we had problems with the lack of cleaning of the room, the staff was very kind to resolve it. However, I couldn't give 5 stars because of 2 additional things:
- I don't think they charge €40 per night per dog and that they don't even give you a container for water. I've been to hotels that charge much less and even have dog beds available.
- One day a cleaning man jumped onto the balcony, scaring me while I was in the room. I filed a complaint and they said that we had been notified (which was not the case)
It's not a bad hotel, plus it's close to the beach, but at least I wouldn't repeat it.

Room 401 needs renovation, smells very strongly of humidity, bathroom wall on the bedroom side with damp stain! I don't necessarily recommend. Damage

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel. The staff was great, the rooms were very spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel was ideally located.

An annual stay for me and my family. Always pleasant, a professional team, particularly
Mr Guillaume Descote, Assistant Manager of the hotel who accompanied me throughout my stay. Listening and very attentive to my needs.
Sonya and Amira at the CEO, loyal as always and very professional!
A hotel that I recommend because of its location, its cleanliness, and very pretty rooms!

We stayed 3 nights
The standard room is beautiful and quite spacious. The bathroom is modern and clean.
However, it is not possible to open the bedroom windows, which leads to a smell in the room that I did not find pleasant (dusty, etc.)
The room service was good but they made a mistake several times by bringing us dishes with meat when we had a vegetarian order. This type of error should not happen in a 4 star hotel! It looks like they've never had a vegetarian as a customer, it's quite unpleasant. They apologized which was appreciated.
Negative point is that there are no deckchairs at the beach reserved for hotel guests. So at least the first day you will have no chance of being able to access the beach... it's really strange...
Besides, the staff is very professional and I find that this hotel is the best on the Croisette otherwise take into account the quality/price/location ratio.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was not nearly enough. This hotel is excellent in every respect. It is beautiful, spotless, and has the highest level of customer service. The breakfast is what you dream about when you think of France the team there was outstanding - especially Amira.
The location is GREAT. You don't need a car unless you plan to visit other great French Riviera towns. You can literally walk to all the shopping you need, reserve comfort chairs on the beach, or walk next door to their sister hotel for some of the finest meals in town.
As a veteran for top quality hotels, such as the Ritz-Carlton in Cayman Islands and many more, this was right there with the best of them. If you are visiting Cannes, I give this hotel the highest possible recommendation.

Hotel has god location, reservatioan desk is friendly and helpful. İt has beach club but you pay for entrance as same price with normal costumers. Rooms has dark decoration and smells dust ( ı think its because of carpets, its looks bad). Housekeeping needs to improve it self(this is why ı gave 1 star for service). Chekin time is 15:00 but we can take our room around 17:00. When we entered the room Bed sheets were dirty, there was hairs and spots (shampoos and contioners in bath tube was used opened) so we called and ask for changing but they just make the bed. They didnt renew vantinity kit we stay 3 nights. İf you have better options choose that ones.
