10/04/2026: An exceptional place. A magnificent site which, after a few years of closure, has been completely renovated. The lobby is majestic with its chandeliers, high ceilings, and marble. The staff is incredibly attentive. Friendly and smiling! The breakfast is enormous but a bit pricey at 54 euros. In any case, in this category, all prices are high. I treated myself to a Coca-Cola at the bar for 14 euros. Served with olives, crisps, and cashews. The room was comfortable. The bed was enormous. Thick carpeting on the floor. Bathroom with shower and bathrobes. Numerous toiletries were available. Around 3 p.m., they leave some homemade treats for you to enjoy in your room. They prepare you for the night before you go to sleep by making up your bed, closing the curtains, and placing a small bottle of water on your bedside table. And, if you please, your pajamas folded at the edge of the bed! I was lucky enough to have a sea view. There's an outdoor (heated?) infinity pool in the central garden. Inviting sun loungers surround the pool. Soft background music plays, and the garden is beautifully decorated with greenery and relaxation areas. And above all... lots and lots of marble. An exceptional place. After that, it's hard to go back to normal life!
08/04/2026: I’m writing on behalf of my boss following a recent stay at the Carlton Cannes, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. From the moment she arrived, every detail was handled with such warmth, care, and genuine hospitality—it truly felt exceptional.
What stood out most was the team’s attentiveness and thoughtfulness. They went above and beyond to make her birthday feel incredibly special, with so many personal touches throughout her stay. Even her housekeeper wished her a happy birthday, which speaks volumes about the culture of the hotel and the level of care across every department.
The service felt seamless and deeply personal at every turn. It’s rare to find a property where every interaction feels so considered.
A truly memorable stay, and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for an elevated and genuinely warm experience on the Riviera.
