strangely disappointing... the server made a big effort and we thank him,
€29 appetizer, a glass of wine with a weak not generous pour, food delivered with a quick explanation we can't understand , porchetta that has to be sent back because the sauce is overwhelmingly salty, a tart desert with a crust so hard one needs a knife and fork. Nothing memorable or that interesting. An ambiance of a busy brasserie. Too bad, the server tried hard. We can't even really remember what we ate. Notably everything had the same brown color about it, nothing vibrant and colorful. Except for the salty porchetta sauce there was nothing bad, but nothing seemed that great

I had dinner at the Bistrot last night. The welcome, service, and food were impeccable. The pace and professionalism were exactly what you'd expect from an establishment like Bistrot André.
One comment, however: The wires in the passageway between the tables are very dangerous. I almost fell on my way in, and our neighbor nearly fell on her way out. I think it's necessary to remove them, or improve their placement so they no longer obstruct the already limited customer flow between the tables.

It was my first time dining at one of the Maison Pic restaurants, and I can only express my gratitude and acknowledge the impeccable service, attention, and friendliness of the staff. Finding such kindness and good service in France these days is difficult. The portions were generous, and the price reflected the quality of everything… an experience we will definitely repeat. A special thank you for the complimentary chocolate cigar dessert, the restaurant's signature treat!

We opted for the gourmet menu, with just two minor complaints: the cherry kir was tasteless with no cherry flavor whatsoever, and the pâté en croûte appetizer was served very cold, almost frozen, and hard to cut.
The main course and dessert were delicious.
The servers were very friendly.
The atmosphere was rather noisy due to the close proximity of the tables.

Dinner with my partner at a decent, upscale bistro; the dishes are definitely worth the trip (and quite original). Pleasant service from Grégoire, very helpful and friendly, without being intrusive. I recommend it.
