From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the house. I confess I was a little apprehensive, as it was a gift and we're not used to frequenting this type of establishment. But what a magnificent discovery! Everything was absolutely incredible. The flavors were exceptional, each dish was prepared with great finesse, and the wines were equally remarkable. The service also deserves special mention: a professional, smiling, pleasant team who truly took excellent care of us throughout the meal. The price is entirely justified given the quality and the experience offered. It's much more than just a meal; it's a genuine moment of pleasure and discovery. Thank you.

A very mixed review of this Michelin-starred restaurant. We were somewhat disappointed by the service. When the terrine was being sliced, the crust fell to the floor. This can obviously happen, and in itself, it wasn't a problem. However, we were not offered that part of the terrine, without any real explanation or offer of a replacement. We were also served four bottles of water, which we had to pay for, without being asked beforehand. In our opinion, there was a lack of warmth and communication, particularly from one young waiter who seemed rather nonchalant. Having frequented Michelin-starred establishments, this one didn't completely win us over, apart from the dishes, which were meticulously prepared. Kudos to the Chef.

Unfortunately this dinner did not feel like a Michelin star experience. Some dishes are well executed (the fish course), some others lack precision (the mirabelle dessert). Overall it is really the speed and service that were lacking with plates remaining unclear for more than 10 minutes, time between amuse bouche and appetizer over 30 minutes. Staff was in sufficient numbers yet turning around instead of staying in the dining room. The 3 non alcoholic pairing were over sweetened copies of cocktails as mocktails with alcohol free versions of gin or rhum. There was little thinking about which taste component would fit with the dishes. A 5 course meal for two with two glasses of wine and a 45EUR no alcoholic pairing was a total of 330EUR.
