Nice atmosphere, limited menu, but sufficient for this type of place. Very friendly waiter, typical of the area. Very affordable prices for delicious homemade dishes. I recommend it.

A very warm welcome and, above all, a very good meal. Simple and delicious. The bartender/waiter was excellent. Don't change a thing.

The waiter was incredibly attentive, the food was excellent. Honestly, when you first see it, it doesn't give you a very good impression, perhaps because of the darkness and the decor, but the food is fantastic, and the customer service is outstanding. We ordered a Caesar salad and a hamburger; both were delicious, very flavorful, and highly recommended.

22/05/2026: Beautiful hotel close to the old town, with a good restaurant. The room we had was not large, but certainly adequate. Spa and fitness facilities available, and the staff is very friendly.
22/05/2026: The hotel was excellent, with very friendly staff. They have an excellent kitchen and a reasonably extensive wellness area. In addition, there is a very beautiful garden where it is pleasant to spend time. The location was by the river, a 5-minute walk from the center.

27/08/2026: We discovered this restaurant near the GR 65 hiking trail, close to the bed and breakfast where we stayed (we were hikers), and it was a very pleasant surprise. The food is fresh and well-prepared. The waiter is attentive and has a great sense of humor. We highly recommend it.
23/08/2026: What a wonderful time we had at Le Sarment to celebrate the end of our holidays! The food was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. We even got a special price for the confit and lamb shank, and the floating island dessert! The team gave us a warm welcome, and our waiter was perfect and full of humor. It was truly delightful. Bravo and thank you! We will definitely come back to your restaurant on our next visit to your beautiful Gascony! Martine, Frédéric, Anouck, and Layina
