Magnificent location with a view of the magnificent Lake Annecy. The staff and service are impeccable.

Extremely disappointed... If the setting is perfect, and when we arrive the place seems idyllic, we were immediately surprised. the Hotel in no way deserves 5 Stars no valet service, no porter, no reception at the SPA, dust around the indoor swimming pool, SPA equipment broken down. spider web with spiders under the SPA chairs and on the bedroom balcony. Broken pool deck chair, dirty pool protection glass, unmaintained and unpruned garden. very light breakfast, certainly very good, but stingy. although the staff is very charming and pleasant, it is not up to 5 star standards. the hotel, in terms of its services, is worth a small 4 star and I have experienced 3 stars with more services and cleaner. we subsequently stayed at VALRUGUE (5*) and BASTIDE DE TOURTOUR (4*), day and night! at €380 per night, we were disillusioned! It was almost a scam at that price... too bad because the Hotel has enormous potential! management needs to get its act together!

Excellent déjeuner, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Une carte réduite mais des recettes très agréables et de qualité. Le duo de tourteaux étaient d'une grande fraîcheur, avec un assemblage d'agrumes le relevant, apportant différentes nuances Les gambas étaient très puissantes et pleines de saveurs. Le tigre qui pleure, servi froid, est original dans sa conception et très bon si vous chercher encore de la fraîcheur et de l'exotisme. La canette, simplement rosée, avec sa purée de céleri et divers légumes et surtout sa sauce combinant jus de viande et myrtilles était vraiment délicieuse et c'est le plat que j'ai préféré. Les deux desserts du jour étaient très réussi et plein d'inventivité. Le service est parfait et il y a bon choix dans les vins ou autres rafraîchissements. Une ambiance décontractée que je conseille vivement !
