12/06/2026: I have no complaints. The food, including the cheese and cold cuts platter, was excellent. My wife had a tarte flambée. Everything was great. The price was right, and the service was top-notch. It wasn't a problem if you only speak English. I'd gladly come again!

29/05/2026: A super cool bar with indoor and outdoor activities! A super welcoming staff offering beers, cocktails, snacks, and more! For billiards enthusiasts, it's also an official club with well-maintained competition tables and a great atmosphere if you want to challenge them!

18/05/2026: Located on the west side of Lake Annecy, the hotel offered rooms with excellent views of the lake and the mountains across the way, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. It was wonderful to be able to leisurely enjoy the magnificent view, which was even better than the view from the city center. When I needed to get around the city, I could take a city bus, ride a bicycle, or walk, as the buses ran quite frequently. Walking along the lakeside was particularly enjoyable as I could take in the scenery. The staff at the front desk, bar, restaurant, and fitness center were always friendly and smiling. In particular, on the last day, I had no choice but to make an unreasonable request due to transportation issues, but thanks to their willingness to help, I was able to resolve the situation successfully. I will never forget my experience at the Black Bath Hotel Annecy. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience.

15/05/2026: The view is magnificent and the heated pool is very pleasant. However, the room is small and poorly soundproofed. The breakfast is quite basic and not worth €19. Another negative point concerns Connect holiday vouchers: before booking, we called to confirm they were accepted, but only an hour before our arrival, the hotel informed us that they only accepted the paper version, even though the reservation was made eight days prior. Finally, pool towels must be kept for the entire stay, but this information was not provided to us on the first day.

23/05/2026: The only downside: the ratings can't go beyond 5 stars. Everything is perfect: the setting, the service (truly impeccable, genuinely French service, with special attention to our four-legged friends), and what can I say about the food?! The chef seems to initiate you into what could be called a culinary fantasy. In short, be sure to book in advance to enjoy this idyllic experience that will transport you far beyond the shores of this lake.

30/11/2025: Their pizza was amazing. Well done! Really great, a very relaxing time, but I'm confused. Are they open or closed? Your online hours really need updating because they're completely random... the pizzeria has been closed for a while now and we haven't even been told why... What's going on?
