25/02/2026: I was very shocked by a poster offering "services" that involved lying to cover up for customers with their spouses, complete with prices displayed. Beyond the supposedly humorous aspect, I find this dangerous. In a context where alcohol is served, normalizing lying can encourage irresponsible behavior, particularly related to drunk driving or concealing risky situations. Establishments also have a social responsibility. This type of message seems inappropriate and worrying to me. That said, it's a good pub.

29/01/2026: A place where we felt comfortable... Anyway, refusing to serve us at 12:20 AM when it clearly says 12:30 AM on the bar... And being brushed off when we were being polite and respectful... It's hard to accept, but even harder to understand.

12/04/2026: This hotel is advertised as five-star, but unfortunately falls far short of that standard. Several essential elements were missing: a non-functional hairdryer in the room, some unusable electrical outlets, and no bathrobe for a child… These details, taken together, are clearly lacking for an establishment of this category. The rooms also lack amenities expected in a five-star hotel, such as laundry bags or even a simple shoehorn. As for service, the staff didn't always seem to be aware of the different packages and services offered, which detracted from the overall experience. This is all the more disappointing given the magnificent setting. Considering the price paid, we were unfortunately left with a real sense of disappointment.

08/04/2026: Excellent stay at this hotel. We spent 4 days and 3 nights in the very spacious "Andrea" room. It has the advantage of being located in a much quieter area than the center of Annecy, but still easily accessible on foot or by bike. The staff was also fantastic. We also tried the spa, which is available by time slot, with a heated pool at 28°C (a couple of degrees warmer wouldn't have gone amiss). In the end, even the children loved it and left a lovely little note.

21/03/2026: A table overlooking Lake Annecy, the sun warming our backs as we savor delicious dishes – pure bliss. The staff exudes friendliness, and the customers feel at ease; these are the ingredients that immediately put you at ease for a truly enjoyable experience.

22/03/2026: Excellent breakfast 👌🏻 very varied!!! Homemade BUT unfortunately no real hot chocolate. Super friendly staff 😀 The Nordic bubble with the hot tub was AMAZING.

30/11/2025: Their pizza was amazing. Well done! Really great, a very relaxing time, but I'm confused. Are they open or closed? Your online hours really need updating because they're completely random... the pizzeria has been closed for a while now and we haven't even been told why... What's going on?

18/01/2025: A magnificent place; the decoration of the hotel is modern and very beautiful, the rooms are amazing. The welcome is perfect and the meal excellent. The view from the hotel, just a stone's throw from the lake, adds further charm to the place. We had a wonderful weekend!
