Excellent cuisine, the flavors of each ingredient are well highlighted and the taste quality is very good.
Cool and efficient service at lunchtime, I have not yet tried it in the evening.
Bravo for this beautiful address which was missing in the neighborhood.

Another positive review for this incredible experience shared last night with an important client within my company! The boss is adorable and attentive, the kitchen staff who master their art brilliantly in an Olympian calm, the food and wine pairing so original/surprising/delicious. Just when I was feeling tired of restaurants that were mainly located in tourist areas in Paris, I happened to find a great restaurant near my accommodation. Testing Menu You can enjoy a 4-course meal for just 52 euros. All four dishes are fresh and colorful, and most of all, the staff is friendly and kind. After all, dessert is just… The final boss… (It was so delicious that I ordered another dessert) This is a place I definitely want to visit again on my next visit to Paris! It's 5 stars.

Pleasant and efficient service, very well chosen wine. The dishes are well executed. On the other hand, the surprise menu costs 53€ without any noble product where we are served the cheapest dishes on the menu with 20 minutes between the starters and the main course to also find the same cauliflower puree twice (very good that said) it's no. The value for money is not great and the promise is a little too misleading. I imagine that a la carte is different but the menu is just disappointing.

Nothing to return, except Bravo!!
All 3 of us had a great time.
Quality service, a warm atmosphere, I underline the quality of the selection of wines by the glass with a budget which remains reasonable and on the menu, the succulent dishes (texture, seasoning, temperature on offer of dishes, too rare, for the highlight!!, creativity, taste, sourcing)
The almost tenderness of veal! right temperature despite perfectly executed pink cooking (not always easy)
or the ravioli broth, with captivating lemongrass!! ... you will have a great time, that's for sure!

Friendly welcome by the different servers. The cuisine is very good, well executed, just the right flavors and surprising pairings, could gain a little in gourmet taste. Only the setting and the atmosphere are a little lacking: the room could be more cozy and decorated. A good address in the neighborhood.

An excellent restaurant where the combination of tastes is as sought after as the presentation of the plate. I would like to point out the special attention paid to allergies, which allows you to eat with complete peace of mind.

Modern bistro in the 18th near rue Damremont.
Lunch menu at 23 euros for starter + main course + dessert.
Everything was delicious: the velouté as a starter, then the mushroom bolognese as a main course and finally the cantal as a dessert.
Very well prepared and pretty plates. Lots of details. We enjoyed ourselves and will come back.

We came to 975 on the recommendation of a colleague of Sylvie, my wife.
There is a special atmosphere there, the open kitchen allows you to see the Chefs make their recipes live, concentration, precision, “precise” dressing of the products with tongs so as not to alter them.
The dishes are copious, hot, all have a graphic identity executed to perfection, the sauces and juices are divine, emulsified with a hand blender at the moment, which translates
know-how and professionalism.
A special mention for the welcome, the speed, the friendliness and the efficiency of the service, ''we don't wait'' plus there is a real synergy between the kitchen and the room, we perceive pleasure when the Maitres d ' Hotel places the plates on the table because they are so aesthetic and they know that you are going to enjoy yourself.
We recommend without reservation.
