An excellent restaurant where they are quite demanding and do not allow any changes to the menu. Book in advance and do not ask for anything that is not what they propose. The porc today was incresible

Our lunch at the Palais Royale was a highlight of our trip to Paris. The staff was pleasant and professional. Moreover, the food was among the best I’ve ever tasted. It was more than a meal. It was a marvelous experience.

The menu from Athens to Paris is excellent with the food and wine pairing. The chef subtly combines his Greek origins with quality products. We had a great time!

Extra menu, perfect cooking, original tastes, sublime presentations, relaxed and attentive service, an unforgettable experience, in a dream location! Perfect experience for this lunch in a very beautiful place. A beautiful timeless break and the taste buds which are stimulated in very beautiful ways. Food and wine pairing with great discoveries. Looking forward to coming back

Absolutely fabulous evening with fantastic food! I don’t know what the negative reviews are about because it was so yummy and the ingredients worked so beautifully together to create amazing tasty dishes. We could not fault the service either. We will definitely return when we come back to Paris. Thank you to the Chef and the amazing team for making our last night in Paris so memorable!

Wow, just wow! What an incredible dining experience! The taste, true to its fresh ingredients, was exquisite as was the plating and presentation. Our servers were incredibly friendly and accommodating to us. They allow us to taste wine until it was exactly to our liking, and also accommodated one vegetarian in the party. I would suggest that you go to this restaurant with no more than four people who are interested in discussing the food it’s presentation and the dining experience.. It would be a shame to have any other idle discussion.

30/03/2024: This was our first dining experience in Paris and all we can say is wow! Everything we had was superb and the prices are excellent for what you get. We had the cheese platter, sirloin, veal and pavlova for dessert. There is also a fantastic selection of wine to choose from. I'm not kidding you when I say this is one of the best meals we've ever had. Not to mention the staff were very accommodating of English once they heard me struggle through attempting to communicate in French. Just note you will likely want to make a reservation if possible as this is a small place. Only negative is that we would like to come more often but we're on a different continent. Merci Le Maxan!

04/04/2024: We have ordered the mid-day menu, despite it being an established menu, I have several intolerances and they have adapted all the dishes without any problem, even changing the dessert to adapt to my intolerances. Excellent service and food
