First of all, thank you for this warm moment shared with my loved ones and with you. And yes! A gourmet restaurant with genuine warmth. From the welcome, the servers, the sommelier, the pastry chef, the cooks, and the head chef, we (the entire table) felt the same warmth and perceived undeniable professionalism. The beautiful decor of the dining room, the cutlery, the plates (very original, even), and the glasses is truly appreciated. The technical skill of the dishes is beyond praise, as so many others have already demonstrated, and the Michelin star only confirms the finesse of the dishes we enjoyed so much. All in all, a huge congratulations; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. The wine we drank was excellent. To give you a little taste of the kindness we experienced during our visit, we asked a question that might seem naive: "Chef, how can you recognize good caviar?" After providing a clear explanation, he didn't hesitate to offer us a tasting, and then, a generous spoonful of caviar was placed in the palm of each guest's hand. And mmm! It was delicious. Whereas before, I'd never enjoyed caviar. For that, a huge thank you. We felt that this restaurant has a soul.

Everything was perfect, absolutely top-notch. The welcome and the entire team were outstanding, flawless. From the architecture to the tableware, even the music in the dining room… truly. And of course, the food was incredible, with amazing flavors. I will be back. Thank you, Chef, and thank you to everyone.

I must have taken about thirty photos during this wonderful meal in an enchanting setting. You won't see them. Because discovering each dish and its extraordinary presentation adds to the pleasure of the tasting, and I don't want to spoil the surprise. You spend quite a while at the (very beautiful) table, and you only realize it at the end of the meal, so absorbed are you in discovering what the chef has created. We opted for the wine pairings, which were perfectly matched to the dishes. It's truly an extraordinary experience that we highly recommend!

Inventive cuisine and attentive service. Two shocking drawbacks: three glasses of champagne charged at €66 when they hadn't been ordered (we had opted for the wine pairing and assumed they were included when they were served). And even more shocking, a €24.50 "package charge" for four small carafes of tap water. Petty, considering the total bill came to €998 for four people.

On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, we were very pleasantly surprised by the sheer flavor of the cuisine. We were delighted by both the warm welcome and the variety of beautifully prepared and delicious dishes. A huge thank you to all the staff who made this magical moment possible. One star easily deserves two.
