A truly wonderful discovery in Rennes, which I wholeheartedly recommend! I simply loved my experience at Café-Théâtre Le Bacchus! This is a place that truly deserves to be known, both for the quality of its cuisine and for the overall experience. A huge thank you to the staff, who greatly contributed to making this such a pleasant moment (Marie and her colleague who comes from Saint-Brieuc!). Their warm welcome and attentiveness make all the difference and leave you wanting to return. As for the food, it was a real gem! Refined flavors, carefully crafted combinations, a real thought process behind the dishes, and above all, beautiful Breton products showcased to their best advantage. You can feel the commitment to offering cuisine with flavor, character, and a true identity. Special mention for the butter, which was excellent! And what about the value for money? Generous portions, generous servings, truly high-quality ingredients, and culinary skill that fully justify the price. We had a wonderful time, we discovered new things, we savored every bite, and we left with the feeling of having had an experience that was truly worthwhile. As someone who appreciates the restaurant industry, I'm always delighted to discover establishments that combine such expertise, generosity, quality ingredients, and exceptional service. Bacchus ticks all the boxes! It's an address I'll cherish and recommend without hesitation. A unique dining room and an excellent meal

A truly colorful culinary experience. Visually (on the plate), gustatorily... and even flatulently. My intestines (and the rest of me) thoroughly enjoyed it, even if some of the flavor combinations were, at first, rather unsettling.
