What a wonderful discovery Baeckeoffe d'Alsace was! The staff was very helpful despite the busy service. Smiles and kindness were the order of the day. The dishes were excellent: the fried Munster cheese was exceptional. A real treat for our taste buds! The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Well done to the whole team! Don't change a thing!

The food was delicious and flavorful. The portions were quite large. A single-serving casserole dish is easily enough for two people. The Turkish lady working there was very attentive and helpful.

We are regulars at this establishment. We received a very warm welcome, as always. We were served by Tanguy, who was very professional and provided excellent service. The value for money is very good. The apple tarte flambée was even better than usual. We highly recommend it!

09/12/2025: For us, the best winstub in Alsace. The dishes are generous, delicious, home-style, and authentic... Special thanks to Mr. Roger, Mr. David, and Mrs. Biruta, not forgetting the chef and all the staff of this wonderful establishment. The decor is traditional and the atmosphere is friendly. I wouldn't miss our annual meeting at the Christmas market for anything in the world. Remember to book and don't hesitate for a moment... go for it!
