I particularly appreciated the excellent quality/price ratio of the menu at 24 euros. Gold Beach oysters (additional 6 euros and halibut fillet) I recommend the Cheverny white wine

Regulars at Baligan, the atmosphere is always friendly and the service impeccable. The scallops au gratin were incredible. But a little disappointment for the dessert ordered at the start of the meal. The tarte tatin looked like it came out of a microwave (uneven temperature, soft and acidic apples, no butter or caramel). But for the rest it was perfect. Back at Baligan on February 15, everything was perfect! However, we did not try the Tarte tatin again. The Pavlova and Citrus Carpaccio were excellent this Sunday September 15 at Baligan as usual it is excellent and the service is impeccable. We return regularly with great pleasure to this restaurant.

Suivant le Baligan sur Instagram, j’ai voulu goûter le plat suggéré « le pathomard ». Un vrai délice. Merci au chef Teissonniere et à son équipe pour nous permettre de passer un moment très agréable au baligan tant par l’accueil et le service que par les plats servis.

Restaurant très bruyant, très désagréable, le niveau sonore a déclenché l’alerte sonore décibels danger de la montre . Service un peu lent , 40 minutes avant de voir venir les entrées. Bonne nourriture mais ne me laisse pas un souvenir impérissable. Aux menus rapport qualité prix très honnête , à la carte un peu moins .

30/08/2024: There is a lot to say and only good things. I was already impressed to arrive at 7:05 p.m. and see the restaurant already full! I got the last table. And I quickly understood why. As an appetizer, small crispy buckwheat pancake chips, completely addictive. Yum. I then had their complete pancake which was generous, well presented and tasty. Although very generous, I didn't have room for dessert. In short, nothing to say, it was excellent. And the extremely fast service! But the big strong point remains the service, provided by the manager and her daughter. I have rarely seen this! Smile, friendliness, pro-activity, including recommending items on the menu for a pregnant woman without even having to ask the question. I can only recommend, it's a big 10/10 for this nugget. On the other hand, you will have understood... Arrive early! 😊
