A worthy gastronomic moment. Impeccable welcome, very good service, smiling and attentive staff. Decor and sublime environment. The scallops menu is great. The exquisite oyster tasting board 3 varieties. And I couldn't finish this succulent dinner without local cheeses. Final addition 84€ really no disappointments. Avoid the main avenue and its tourist restaurants to come to this exceptional place. Sometimes it's better to have an addition above your set budget and to be a truly valued customer 😉.

Excellent gastronomic bistro in Cabourg with impeccable and smiling service. The chef even goes around the room to all the tables to say hello and check that the meal is going well. All the dishes, revolving around the sea, especially the scallops, were delicious. This is an excellent address that I highly recommend.

Suivant le Baligan sur Instagram, j’ai voulu goûter le plat suggéré « le pathomard ». Un vrai délice. Merci au chef Teissonniere et à son équipe pour nous permettre de passer un moment très agréable au baligan tant par l’accueil et le service que par les plats servis.

30/08/2024: There is a lot to say and only good things. I was already impressed to arrive at 7:05 p.m. and see the restaurant already full! I got the last table. And I quickly understood why. As an appetizer, small crispy buckwheat pancake chips, completely addictive. Yum. I then had their complete pancake which was generous, well presented and tasty. Although very generous, I didn't have room for dessert. In short, nothing to say, it was excellent. And the extremely fast service! But the big strong point remains the service, provided by the manager and her daughter. I have rarely seen this! Smile, friendliness, pro-activity, including recommending items on the menu for a pregnant woman without even having to ask the question. I can only recommend, it's a big 10/10 for this nugget. On the other hand, you will have understood... Arrive early! 😊
