Wow! We were absolutely blown away!

A place to remember! We had the Baligan Symphony with lobster; it's pricey, but absolutely superb, we weren't disappointed. The dessert was also exquisite. I had the fig and citrus gratin with wine sabayon. It had been a long time since I'd tasted such a delicate and light dessert, without the usual mousses that I find less digestible.
We highly recommend it.

We come to this restaurant every time we're in Cabourg. We discovered it three years ago.
Excellent dishes, as always. Very good value for money.
The staff is incredibly attentive.
Kudos to the team who delight us every time.
We're going back tomorrow evening to discover new culinary sensations.
We returned in December 2025.
Still as good as ever!!! Top-notch service!!
My husband chose the Symphony.
I had the lobster ravioli.
For dessert, floating islands.
Can't wait to come back on our next visit.
