Baligan's signature dish "Symphony" lived up to its reputation. The smiling welcome, the professional service and the little care. A beautiful address. Thanks to Isabelle for her kindness. Wonderful birthday evening.

Hello meal starting with a very fish soup following a free-range chicken with prawns and a superb dessert of walnut caramel and ice cream thank you all, great evening 😡😡back in the rain ☔️ 😂😂😂 good brigade

Excellent food, room a little noisy. Strange welcome: when we arrived (including my sister with a white cane), at least 5 or 6 members of the restaurant passed in front of us without even greeting us or asking us what we wanted.

Very friendly welcome and service, delicious and plentiful dishes. A special mention for the “Hong-Kong” scallops, original and tasty recipe, WITH CORAL!!!! Large selection of desserts, also particularly successful. WELL DONE !!!!

Yesterday we indulged in a magnificent portion of Turbot with green and purple asparagus, braised endive on a bed of homemade mash…. A massacre …. Everything was excellent as usual; a warm welcome, a very professional team and the Chef 👨‍🍳 who always comes to greet his customers and inquire about their comments and satisfaction. We had a pleasant time. Thanks again for everything.

01/04/2024: Lunch taken in this superb address. Very warm welcome, atypical and cozy setting, service perfectly managed by the (supposed) boss, she is super efficient and on all fronts. Nice choice of pancakes and pancakes. Very good cider also. It was excellent, we enjoyed ourselves. With good advice for homemade signature desserts (wink for “grandmother”)! Advice followed and we did not regret it. Thank you again for the nice attention given to sharing pancakes for 2 people. Very good value for money. We highly recommend it! :) Thank you again for your attention to others and your kindness. We will return with eagerness and pleasure during our future visits to Cabourg, that’s for sure!
