The second time at Balthazar, with a year difference. The team is always friendly. We came for the black pork chop from Bigorre and we were disappointed: smaller portion, less flavorful meat and above all much more expensive price. We can understand that the charges have increased in 1 year but going from an addition in 2023 at €57 (2 pork chops + 2 desserts) to €71 (where the 2 pork chops alone are €52) seems abusive...

Wow! We entered this restaurant by chance with its small storefront, we were not disappointed with the trip! Everything was perfect except the pork ribs which were EXCEPTIONAL (of course you have to love good fat). An excellent evening and an address to recommend!

Fast service, very friendly, beautiful place. Good food, the salads were generous and delicious. The prime rib was great. Excellent homemade tiramisu

28/03/2024: A very rich espresso and an incredible caramel crepe. The site is very nice.
27/03/2024: Great food and cozy ambience, and the staff is very friendly. A good stop after a day of skiing! :) (Pain Perdu is a must)
