Friendly welcome, quick service, and a refreshing salad that lives up to its name. Very reasonable value for money in Aix-en-Provence city center. Special mention for the staff's kindness. I recommend it for a casual evening.

We stumbled upon Balto, tucked away in a side street. A charming terrace on a pretty little square, delicious pizzas (fresh tomato sauce, thin crust, and other fresh, flavorful ingredients), and warm service! I was quite surprised to see such a low rating for this restaurant. Let's raise that! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

21/08/2026: The dishes were decent, even very good in the case of the langoustine and the pigeon; the service was average despite the goodwill and friendliness of the two waiters.
13/08/2026: A very pleasant experience. Excellent service and excellent food. Thank you.

14/10/2026: Thank you for this wonderful tour with Jean-Claude! A fascinating and passionate person. The products are delicious, the tour very interesting, the staff very friendly, I highly recommend it.
09/10/2026: An incredible visit, far exceeding our expectations! What a treat to discover the factory with Jean-Claude, a truly passionate gentleman who knows everything inside and out. We tasted so many delicious things! Beyond the quality of the products and the cleanliness of the premises, it was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that truly impressed us. If you're hesitating, go without hesitation! A huge thank you for this wonderful experience!
