Mitch sur Aix-En-Provence

We discovered Mitch in Aix-en-Provence yesterday with my daughter, and we had a wonderful time. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the French cuisine. The dishes may seem simple at first glance, but from the moment you taste them, you understand all the work, research, and preparation that go into each plate. The flavors are perfectly balanced, the combinations well thought out, and the ingredients are truly showcased and fresh. A big thank you also to the service. You immediately feel their passion for the craft. The presentation of each dish is accompanied by explanations of its creation and the different stages of preparation. It's enjoyable, informative, and allows you to appreciate what you're eating even more. A truly wonderful discovery, both for the food and for the warm welcome and service. A restaurant where you can feel a genuine passion and a desire to please. Thank you to the entire team at Mitch for this delightful experience. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at Mitch's! The bistro-style cuisine is simply outstanding. For starters, the fresh and reimagined take on Provençal tomatoes is a pure delight. Whether you choose poultry or seafood for the main courses, the combinations are original and perfectly executed. The desserts provide a beautiful, flawless ending to the meal. The menu offers a limited selection, but this guarantees impeccable freshness: the choices are more than enough and all are delicious. As for the service, the waiter is particularly pleasant and friendly, which makes the experience even better. A fantastic time shared as a couple. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant where we had a wonderful time. The owner, Mitch, is very friendly, and the food is as beautiful as it is delicious; it's a feast for the senses. As a bonus, they offer a rosé from "Space" on their wine list 🤩 You'll understand the term if you ever get to taste it. A truly great restaurant in Aix-en-Provence that you shouldn't miss.
