We had New Year's Eve dinner there on December 31st, 2025. Absolutely superb. The food is truly excellent. Fresh, high-quality ingredients. Beautifully prepared. It's well worth the trip. Plus, the staff are really friendly. I think it's the best restaurant in Luchon.

You can feel the potential; I have the feeling that this is the bare minimum, when you could go so much further in terms of flavor with so little. My first visit was two days ago, and the service was almost perfect. To be picky, the duck starter was a tad too salty. I was a little disappointed with the chocolate dome; the description is misleading. With a red fruit coulis or a proper crunchy dome, it would easily earn a Bib Gourmand. However, for a city that thrives on tourism, I'm very satisfied. You'll rarely find better here :)
