Le Baluchon sur Bagneres-De-Luchon

We were a group of five and it was a wonderful evening! The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the staff remained attentive and helpful throughout the entire evening! The homemade cocktail (perhaps just a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon for presentation, but excellent nonetheless) was delicious, as were all the other drinks! The food was absolutely delicious, and we ordered everything from meat and fish to a vegetarian option, all of which tasted fantastic. The desserts are highly recommended; they were innovative, unique, and simply delicious! Overall, the restaurant has a personal touch and a wonderful atmosphere! Highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant: the dishes are delicious, the flavors and colors are truly captivating. The service is impeccable, very professional and attentive: the chef even took the time to substitute a few items when I explained that I was lactose intolerant. In the end, we were delighted to have chosen this restaurant during our visit to Luchon. We will gladly return.

Excellent cuisine with perfectly cooked fish and beautifully prepared, delicate vegetable accompaniments. The white wine selection was superb. The location is a little outside the city center, but it offers more than just burgers and salads.

A great place. I ordered from the set menu, and the chef offered some alternatives since I'm not a big fish fan! It was really inexpensive for the quality and quantity of the dishes. I'll be back. The only downside is that the dining room is a bit noisy, but nothing that will stop me from returning!

The best meal we have ever had! We went here on our sixth anniversary (and the evening that we got engaged!). The food was lovely and the waiter was so attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

The exterior is unassuming, but the quality of the food makes it worth a stop.
